Things To Do

Wimborne Minster

At the heart of the town sits Wimborne Minster Church, one of the most iconic buildings in Wimborne, the Church is over 1300 years old and has one of the only surviving chained librarys in the world.

Wimborne Model Town

Wimborne Model Town is a 1/10th scale model of the centre of Wimborne as it was in the 1950s. During your visit you can get close up and personnel with the model building, be amazed at the detail of the miniature shop displays within them, wander around a nearly one acre site set with mature gardens and find other attraction to delight young and old alike. Wimborne Model Town is a community charity staffed and run almost exclusively by volunteers.

Moors Valley Country Park
