🔔 Important booking information:

Wheelchair-accessible bookings must be made by phone or email.

All bookings are subject to availability. A “Booking Request Received” message is not confirmation, your booking is confirmed once a driver has been allocated.

Online/app requests can be made outside office hours and may not be reviewed until our team is available.

If a CWRC driver is unavailable, your booking may be sent to one of our trusted partner fleets. If no coverage is available, your request may be declined.

If you specifically require a CWRC driver, please book by phone or email during our office hours.

For prepaid bookings, your card may be pre-authorised when you submit your request. If we cannot accept the booking, this will be released the time this happens may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
