Important Travel Information
To help your cruise transfer run as smoothly as possible, please note the following:
Sailing Times & Delays
We schedule your transfer based on your booked embarkation or disembarkation time. If your ship is delayed or arrives early, we will always do our best to adjust if possible. However, if timings change significantly and move your collection into a different time period, we may not always be able to wait or return due to other pre-booked journeys. Where possible, we will contact you with updated options or the earliest available alternative.
Driver Contact & Meeting Points
Your driver will arrive at the agreed time and will call or message to confirm the exact meeting point at the terminal or port, in line with local traffic and safety arrangements.
Child Seats
For safety, safeguarding and practical reasons, we do not provide or store child seats. If your child requires a car seat or booster, you’re welcome to bring and fit your own, and will need to take it with you for the return journey. Our team can advise on suitable vehicle types when you book.
Luggage & Vehicle Suitability
Please let us know in advance how many suitcases and large items you are travelling with so we can allocate the most suitable vehicle for your journey.
Wheelchair & Mobility Access
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request. Please advise us of any mobility needs at the time of booking so we can ensure the correct vehicle and driver are allocated.
